Is Your Bank Or Credit Union Stealing You Blind (OVERDRAFT FRAUD)

Like most Americans I live from paycheck to paycheck, but I find it hard to get ahead when my credit union is riping me off every chance they get using a bate and switch.

What do I mean about bate and switch is they ( the Banks and Credit Unions) allow you the customer to charge ATM transaction on your debit card and the holding them in a pending status waiting for a big check to come in and the crediting all them small charges you did on you ATM and then whacking you overdraft fees as many as they can get sometimes going into the hundreds of dollars in fees.

Even though you may have wrote a check after you used your ATM, and has a proven date when you did your transactions. The bank holds your ATM in a Pending state until you screw up. So instead of collecting a one time overdraft fee, they nail your with 4,5,6, or more charges ranging anywhere from $20 to $35 dollars per transaction.

I knew there was something wrong when I went to use my ATM to draw out a little cash, to get me through the week . I went to the ATM and checked my balance just to see if there was money to take out,  The screen came up and it told me there was over $80 dollars in there. Thinking I was in good shape I drew out $40 Dollars leaving about $38 dollars in there.

That friday I got paid and when down to deposit my check of nearly 1000.00 dollars and when the clerk lady handed me my slip its showed less that 500.dollars in my account I nearly went through the roof after reviewing my account the bank nailed me with 7 overdraft fees coming to 225 dollars, and will not give me my money back. Looking at my statement it clearly shows what they are doing. Holding back my ATM charges until they know I went overdrawn and then adding the ATM transaction and charging me 25 dollars a piece. That’s right down stealing in my book.

Here’s a video of how the are jerking us off and getting away with it!

THERE MAY BE A WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
